The two legs, explained
Leg one is the arrival. Send us the flight number when you book and we track it, so a delayed or early landing does not cost you the car. STI is a single small terminal, so it is a short walk from the gate to the arrivals hall, where the driver is waiting with a printed sign showing your name. The drive into Santiago is 15 to 25 minutes.
Leg two is the departure. We recommend a pickup 2 to 2.5 hours before your flight from Santiago — enough time given STI's compact, fast-clearing terminal. Give us the flight number and we confirm the exact pickup time in writing the day before.

- Can I book only the arrival now and add the return later?
- Yes. The arrival on its own is $59 VIP. If you add the return afterwards it is $59 as well, without the 5% discount — the discount only applies when both legs are confirmed together.
- Is the return more expensive if my flight leaves at 5 a.m.?
- No. Night and pre-dawn departures cost the same as a midday run on either leg.
- What if we are seven or more people?
- That is a van: VIP +$40 per leg. Tell us the passenger and suitcase count on WhatsApp and we quote the exact round-trip total.
- What happens if our arrival flight is delayed?
- Nothing changes. We track the flight number and the driver waits for the actual landing time at no extra cost.
