The two legs, explained
On arrival we track your flight, so the driver is in the hall when you actually land. He waits with a printed sign showing your name. The drive to Puerto Plata or Playa Dorada climbs the Gregorio Luperón highway over the Cordillera Septentrional and takes 60 to 80 minutes.
For the return we recommend a lobby pickup 3 hours before your flight. It covers the mountain-pass drive back, resort checkout, and STI's quick but real check-in and security. We confirm the exact pickup by WhatsApp the evening before.
How to book both legs

- Can I book only one leg now and the other later?
- Yes. Each leg stands alone at $145 VIP. The 5% round-trip discount only applies when both legs are confirmed in the same booking.
- Is a night departure more expensive?
- No. There is no night surcharge on either leg, regardless of hour.
- We have seven passengers and golf bags.
- Then it is a van: +$40 VIP per leg. Send the passenger, suitcase and golf-bag count and we confirm the round-trip total in writing.
- Does cruise-ship traffic on Amber Cove or Taíno Bay days affect timing?
- It can add a few minutes on the Malecón. We suggest adding 20–30 minutes to the return buffer on port days.
