Confirm the ship and terminal

Send the ship name, cruise line, travel date and exact terminal or landing point from your cruise documents. For embarkation, plan around the cruise line’s check-in deadline, not the sailing time. An airport arrival time is not the time you can leave with your bags.

For pickup after a cruise, confirm when your group is ashore with luggage and has cleared formalities. The vehicle meeting point must be agreed in a place the terminal permits. A ship’s arrival time does not guarantee immediate disembarkation or vehicle access beside the gangway.

Agree the complete itinerary

Confirm origin, destination, direction, local date, contact number, child seats, mobility needs and all luggage before accepting the booking. Reverse journeys, hotel stops, waiting and later pickups must be confirmed separately. For very long cross-country journeys, consider staying overnight rather than relying on a tight same-day connection.
