For pickup after a cruise, confirm when your group is ashore with luggage and has cleared formalities. The vehicle meeting point must be agreed in a place the terminal permits. A ship’s arrival time does not guarantee immediate disembarkation or vehicle access beside the gangway.

Reverse journeys, hotel stops, waiting and later pickups must be confirmed separately.
