Viva Tangerine by Wyndham is a compact beachfront hotel toward the quieter, eastern end of Cabarete's main strip, past most of the town's kite schools and restaurants. Because it is smaller than the resorts closer to the centre, it has no internal driveway loop — the entrance opens straight onto the beach road. The route from STI is the standard Cabarete run over the Cordillera Septentrional and along the coast, 85 to 105 minutes.
