We track your flight and the driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign. From STI, the mountain road up to Jarabacoa — past the Jimenoa and Baiguate falls turn-offs — takes 60 to 80 minutes.
For the return we recommend a pickup 3 hours before your flight, since the mountain road can slow in rain over the Cordillera Central. The driver arrives at your lodge or villa gate, and we confirm the exact time by WhatsApp the day before, adjusting for weather where needed.
