Which Hodelpa hotel? Confirming your STI transfer destination
Hodelpa Gran Almirante, Centro Plaza or Garden Court? Check the full hotel name, address and map pin before confirming your Santiago airport transfer.

A chain name is not a destination
For an STI transfer, send the exact property name, town and address from your accommodation confirmation. Hodelpa Gran Almirante, Centro Plaza Hodelpa and Hodelpa Garden Court are separately listed hotels on the group's official website. Writing only ‘Hodelpa, Santiago’ leaves the property unclear, even when a quoted transfer zone appears plausible.
Keep the hotel reservation and the transfer confirmation side by side: the accommodation on both should describe the same place.
Match the name, address and map pin
Start with the complete property name on your hotel confirmation. Compare its town and street address with the hotel's own contact page, rather than relying on a chain's head-office address or an abbreviated search result. The official pages linked below help you identify the property; they do not confirm your transfer booking.
Open the map pin and check that it belongs to the accommodation you booked. A hotel label on a map and the vehicle entrance are not necessarily the same point. If the pin, reservation and hotel website disagree, ask the hotel to clarify the address and suitable guest entrance before sending a final pickup location. Do not invent a gate or a parking access from a satellite image.
Use hotel recognition without guessing
Enter the full name in our booking form and choose the matching suggestion. A partial chain name may produce several candidates; a suggestion is a choice for you to check, not proof that the system knows your reservation. Confirm both the property and the displayed transfer zone before accepting the quote.
Centro Plaza Hodelpa may also appear as Hodelpa Centro Plaza in booking material. Word order alone does not establish a different hotel: compare the address. If the exact accommodation is missing or the result is uncertain, send its complete name, address and map link to dispatch. Do not select another hotel merely because it is nearby or has the same brand.
If the confirmation names the wrong hotel
Contact dispatch in the existing booking conversation before travelling. Identify the booking, state the hotel currently shown and provide the correct full name, town and map link. Mention whether only the hotel name was abbreviated or the actual accommodation has changed. These are different situations and may require different changes to the trip.
Ask for the corrected destination and any revised price to be confirmed in writing. A previous quote is not evidence that a different destination is covered. Do not assume a form edit or a message has updated an already confirmed pickup until you receive confirmation. Keep the corrected version available offline and verify the destination again before loading your luggage at STI.
Check the return hotel separately
A round-trip booking does not mean you must leave from the same accommodation where you arrived. If you change hotels during the stay, tell dispatch the return pickup property's full name, address and entrance instructions, and ask for the revised journey to be confirmed. Do not reuse the first hotel's map pin by habit.
Include the return flight date and flight number and confirm the hotel pickup time separately. A flight departure time is not a vehicle pickup time. Before departure day, check the final confirmation against your current accommodation, passenger and luggage details. This last comparison catches a correct hotel name attached to the wrong leg of the journey.
Is ‘Hodelpa Santiago’ enough to arrange a transfer?
No. Provide the complete property name and address or map pin. Several separately named Hodelpa hotels are listed in Santiago, so the chain name alone is ambiguous.
Are Centro Plaza Hodelpa and Hodelpa Centro Plaza necessarily different?
Not because of word order alone. Compare the address on your reservation with the hotel's official contact information before deciding which suggestion to select.
Does a recognised hotel name guarantee the booking is confirmed?
No. Recognition helps select a zone and quote. Check the destination on the actual transfer confirmation and obtain written confirmation of any later change.
